Luxury Wellness Yoga Studio Sales / Membership Director Manager
Shanti Hot Yoga is Culver City's newest luxury hot yoga studio and wellness center.
The sales manager is primarily responsible for driving results and sales performance in the designated locations. The Sales Manager will work closely with the Managing Director to develop strategy and solutions focused on achieving goals. This individual will support the training and development of all front desk, operations, membership and teaching staff, maintaining current knowledge of key competitors in all markets. We are looking to build a team of superstars that can help expand our membership base We are looking for career individuals to help us grow our brand of yoga studios. The Membership/Sales manager is responsible for:
Achieving sales targets
Ongoing training for the front desk staff to provide strong sales support
After proving the ability to sell as a sames manager and achieve benchmark targets, you'll grow the membership team by hiring additional membership advisors to train and support to reach higher targets.
Increase the profitability by driving membership base in excess of 50 plus individual memberships per month personally
Train and support additional staff to achieve similar targets
Maintain a ethical work environment that is focused on integrity, and positive growth.
Generate leads/new business through member promotions, leads and referrals.
Be self sufficient, and enterpreneurial.
Conduct weekly meetings with direct reports to review performance and offer direction, inspiration, and guidance toward achieving individual and studio goals.
Set up corporate events, and assist in finding onsite locations for tent/booth set up.
Must be willing to learn all aspects of the studio, including but not limited to front desk and operations.
Participate in the studio's daily, weekly, and monthly offerings and community events
Employees will contribute to and consistently apply Shanti Hot Yoga's policies and procedures by effectively working with personnel without regard to race, religion, age national origin, gender, physical or mental disability
Recruit and attract only the most qualified, and talented Advisors
Train, motivate, coach, direct staff towards driving memberships and other revenue targets
Pre-planning the month with strategic lead generation inside the club and within the community to generate referrals
Coach front desk and membership advisor teams on a consistent basis
Review performance report and provide feedback on lead conversion and closing ro staff
Inspect company generated pipeline with membership director to review trends and coaching opportunities
Network with the community and member base to improve culture and retention
Achieve or exceed studio's new sales, renewals, net member gain, and ancillary service goals
Implement and adhere to lead tracking services, programs, and products
Keep current in knowledge of key competitors across all markets
Perform all other duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
BA/MS Degree Preferred - otherwise exceptional performance history in reaching sales targets
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing an incentive-based sales force
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Relevant experience creating engagement with digital leads
Ability to utilize new techniques, ideas and problem solve
Possess honesty and personal integrity
Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly
Passionate, intelligent and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry
Ambitious and driven with a willingness to work and drive a successful sales team
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Willingness and flexibility to travel
Computer literate
Excellent time management, organizational and follow up skills
Facilitate productive sales meetings
Demonstrates ability to understand customer is #1 both internally and externally
