Shanti Hot Yoga is Culver City's premier luxury hot yoga studio. We are looking for enthusiastic, creative, and customer service driven Front Desk Associates to join the Shanti Hot Yoga team. Provide the highest level of exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
Share your love of Yoga and Community
Manage high traffic times of the day and night working with hundreds of customers in person and on the phone
Sign students into class, manage members accounts, address billing issues, trouble shoot
Reach sales targets, overcoming objections, and achieving daily and monthly membership sales goals
Take all new guests on a tour of the studio
Lead others on the team with clear direction, support, professionalism, and compassion
Problem solve
Diffuse and successfully address customer concerns
Ability to work opening/closing/mid-day shifts
Maintain an organized and clean studio and work environment
Qualifications
Proficient MindBody Online mandatory
Minimum of 1 year in customer service or related experience at a wellness space
Experience in Sales - preferably membership and wellness sales
High school diploma/GED required or equivalent work experience
Interested in health, wellness, and yoga
Job Type: Part-time with full time potentialPlease come to the studio and take a class or go online. Qualified applicants only please wtih 6 months minimum of MBO experience.
