Shapes is looking for a Dynamic Fitness Sales Consultant with a great attitude and rock-star personality.Come join our Shapes Team! Compensation is based on a competitive hourly salary, plus commission.

The Fitness Consultant will be required to:

External Marketing/Community Outreach

Answer incoming calls and greet members and prospective members

Generate new membership leads

Meet sales quota

Maintain an upbeat and positive work-culture

Inspire women to achieve their fitness goals

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

Sales

Reception area

Customer Service

Lead generation

Marketing

The ideal candidate is:

Able to work a full time schedule, but we are open to part time candidates as well

Bilingual in Spanish and English
