Job Purpose: To care for the club members children in a safe and fun environment.

Responsibilities:

Make all members and guest sign in and out their child/children. Double check to make sure that each member has filled out completely. Enforce two hour time limit.

Check all membership cards at time of sign in and sign out.

Supervise all children to make sure that the rules are followed. Allow no dangerous activities or uncontrolled behavior. See attached rules.

Sanitize toys on a daily basis or more often to ensure a germ free environment. Crib sheets are to be washed once per week or more often if necessary.

Maintain a good rapport with the members and their children.

Continuously pick up toys off the floor in order to avoid clutter or trip hazards. Throw away broken toys immediately.

Organize group activities such as coloring contest, games and fun things to keep the children occupied. Interact with all kids.

Notify your manager or owner and the parent of any injury to a child no matter how minor you think it is. Accident and incident reports must be filled out the day of the incident.

Notify all members in any instance that a diaper needs changed, children are not behaving or crying for long periods of time.

Periodically clean rest room.

Make sure no cleaning supplies are where children can get them.

Notify the manager of items that are needed or need maintenance.

Background requirements; CPR certified and AED child and adult, background checks are required.
