Job Purpose: To produce as many prospects as possible and sell membership

To provide excellent customer service with a smile in a clean environment

Responsibilities:

Maintain a level of fitness knowledge and motivate the members.

Hand out 2 passes per hour worked.

Participate in the cleaning of the club and the equipment.

Complete at least one full time management sheet per shift worked.

Spend 50% of your time on the floor and front desk, 25% of your time in the community and 25% of your time on the phones.

Make sure that you have 3-5 guest passes coming in per week.

Meet personal quota per week.

Attend heads up meetings held and also any training at the corporate office.

Must be CPR/First Aid certified. If not certified at time of employment you will have 30 days to accomplish those certifications.

Participate in outside marketing and events to promote the club

Must have reliable transportation

Participate in a full 30 day training program

Attend monthly meeting/training's and weekly conference calls

Would be working part time hours 4pm-9pm during the week and weekends 9am-5pm. 15-20 hours per week.
