Shapes is looking for a Head Coach with the ability to lead personal trainers and fitness instructors. Also one who has a desire to empower women on their fitness journey by helping them achieve there fitness goals. Have a great attitude and rock-star personality. Come join our Shapes Team!

The Head Coach will be required to:

Assist with internally marketing their self in the gym.

Promoting and enrolling members into personal training programs.

Provide personalize fitness programs that are motivating and safe.

Ability to manage fitness instructors and trainers.

Responsible for implementation of program design for Personal Training Clients.

To achieve monthly sales requirements for personal production and club production

Hiring and recruiting of fitness instructors and personal trainers.

Manage fitness classes schedule.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

Certified by NASM,ACE,AFFA,or other national recognized certification

Basic Computer knowledge

Great communication skills

Service oriented and reliable

Basic exercise knowledge

Self-discipline and motivation

Passion for fitness

Management
