We are seeking talented, sales minded professionals who would like to start changing lives by growing a career in the fitness business. We are hiring now and will start a training program on the week of Feb 1, 2016. Candidate must work both evenings and weekends and be available for weekly training sessions and outside marketing. We will pay an hourly wage plus commission and bonus and offer a 90 day review and potential move to managerial training at that time.

Requirements

Open the club Mon-Fri 4:45a-12p available weekends as well.

Sales background preferred.

Basic computer proficiency.

A passion for fitness and health.

Upbeat and positive attitude!

Punctuality and reliability is a must.

Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member’s expectations.

Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.

Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.

High School diploma/GED equivalent required.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
