JOB PURPOSE: SALES MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Achieves club objectives by developing a quality club environment

Meeting/exceeding new membership and retention goals

Developing an efficient, service oriented and knowledgeable staff

Be prompt for all meetings and daily work

Must write gross quota per week in order to qualify for club bonus

Meet club quota monthly

Training each new sales person on the training program

Must be CPR/First Aid/AED certified. If not certified at time of employment you will have 30 days to accomplish those certifications. You are also responsible for maintaining up-to-date certifications for CPR, First aid and AED

Oversee childcare, cleanliness, staff, CPR certifications and employee/child interaction

Hold daily meetings with staff regarding goals and planning

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strong background in customer service, creative thinker, team player

Sales experience required

Background in fitness preferred

Recruit new team members to the club, attend and participate in marketing events

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF POSITION:

Lifting, bending, hearing, & talking. Workout a minimum of 3 days a week. Must be able to demonstrate how to use equipment. Make sure club & equipment is kept clean.
