We are seeking talented, sales minded fitness professionals to produce as many prospects as possible and sell memberships.

Maintain a level of fitness knowledge and motivate the members.

Participate in the cleaning of the club and the equipment.

Spend 50% of your time on the floor and front desk, 25% of your time in the community and 25% of your time on the phones/computers.

Make sure that you have 3-5 self-produced leads coming in per week.

Meet personal goals per week.

Must be CPR/First Aid certified. If not certified at time of employment you will have 30 days to accomplish those certifications.

Requirements

Sales background preferred.

Basic computer proficiency.

A passion for fitness and health.

Upbeat and positive attitude!

Punctuality and reliability is a must.

Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member’s expectations.

High School diploma/GED equivalent required.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
