We are looking for personal trainers that want to be part of the team and grow with in the department. We provide training and the sales system to master the fundamentals of the psychology of the sale.

Requirements:

Working towards national Personal Training certification

Ability to be a team leader and facilitator of growth

Basic computer knowledge

Great communication skills

Basic exercise and fitness knowledge

Self-discipline and motivation

Passion for fitness and sales

Meet sales requirement and appointments set

Ability to take direction and work well with others

Responsible for implementation of program design for Personal Training Clients

Commission payable for new clients

Flexible availability

Includes on-the-job training for marketing, prospecting and sales

Average hourly wage $18-36/hour
