Shapiro Real Estate Group is looking for an organized and professional Operations Coordinator to provide support to the team. This is mostly a remote job with occasional driving for client needs and co-working with the team. Responsibilities will include operational duties as well as technical and marketing support. You’ll be working directly with a team of highly talented and successful real estate entrepreneurs, managing all of our operational and administrative needs. We see this position as a transformative experience in which you will learn the ins and outs of real estate, outgrow your role, and continue to move up in our organization (we love internal promotions!). Real estate industry experience is a plus (you do not need to be licensed).  Responsibilities: • Develop operational efficiencies to help grow the business (e.g. create standard operating procedures - SOPs) • Have the ability to create an environment for the team to succeed by being on top of all tasks at hand • Stay on top of all deadlines and upcoming appointments to ensure the team does not miss any important milestones • Prepare and update contracts, presentations, templates, and other documents • Maintain and optimize CRMSupport all brokerage business transaction needs (e.g. listing coordination, buyer coordination, delivering keys and lockboxes) • Calendar management  • Stay on top of organizing files in Google Drive • Email inbox management for the team leader • Work with professional vendors • Manage the coordination of contractors and construction projects • Provide top-notch service to all clients. You will be responsible for communicating with them via email and phone. Making sure all their needs and requests are addressed promptly, efficiently, and thoroughly • Plan and execute client events including coming up with event ideas, ordering food/drinks, supplies, decor, booking spaces, scheduling photographer, etc • Manage the client appreciation program As our business is growing and changing rapidly, some responsibilities will evolve. Qualifications: • Possess the following 5 core competencies: Drives results, manages ambiguity, action-oriented, nimble learning, resourcefulness • Real estate industry experience is a plus (license is not required) • Strong and prompt verbal and written communication skills • Ability to see the big picture and connect the dots • Highly organized (all emails and documents need to be filed) • Client-focused - treat all our clients like VIPs • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace (e.g. Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and ability to quickly learn new software such as CRM systems • Access to a reliable car, high-speed internet, computer, and mobile phone Compensation: $43,000 - $56,000 yearly
