Share Food Program (“Share”) is the largest-serving hunger relief organization in the Philadelphia region, and one of the largest independent food banks in the nation. Before the Covid-19 crisis began, Share distributed food to 700,000 neighbors in need each month, 36% of whom were children, and 12% of whom were seniors. The need has risen sharply since early 2020—Share now serves more than 1 million each month.
Share Food Program supports over 70 school districts and 90 food pantries throughout the Philadelphia five-county area in providing storage and delivery of United States Department of Agriculture commodity foods. Under the direction of the Director of Child & Youth Programs, the Commodities Coordinator will assist in managing the storage, distribution, billing, and reporting for all commodity foods received through the National School Lunch Program and The Emergency Food Assistance Program entitlement in the Philadelphia region.

Job: Full-time
Pay: $40.000-$50,000 annual ($19.23-24.04/hour)
Position Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm
