We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Data Analyst / Administrator to support food safety operations by organizing, maintaining, and optimizing document repositories. This role focuses on ensuring that food safety documentation, compliance records, and operational standards are securely managed, easy to access, and aligned with internal data governance requirements.
The ideal professional will bring strong expertise in Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and document repository architecture, with a passion for structuring complex data environments. This position plays a critical role in validating data integrity, standardizing processes, and enabling efficient collaboration across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with internal teams to understand existing data, documentation, and workflows
Immerse in food safety content to assess the current data structure and organization
Design, architect, and maintain structured document repositories using SharePoint and Microsoft Lists
Ensure repositories are intuitive, sustainable, and self-managed for long-term use
Validate and monitor data integrity across multiple systems to support informed decision-making
Audit moderately complex database systems and applications to confirm controls, accuracy, and efficiency
Standardize documentation and repository processes to meet operational and compliance needs
Support the migration of data from Smartsheet into Microsoft Lists and SharePoint
Enable efficient collaboration and communication through well-structured digital workspaces
Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience in data administration, document management, or SharePoint administration
2+ years of experience architecting and organizing document repositories (SharePoint-focused)
2+ years of experience enabling collaboration across teams using Microsoft tools
1+ year of experience supporting efficient communication through structured content and systems
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Lists)
Hands-on experience with Smartsheet and document repository organization
Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with diverse teams
High attention to detail and exceptional organizational capabilities
Experience creating user-facing documents, templates, or structured content
Interaction Level
Highly interactive role requiring regular engagement with multiple team members
Ongoing collaboration to understand data needs and improve the usability of systems
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Background or working knowledge in food safety, compliance, or regulated environments
Experience supporting operational or audit-focused documentation
