Linkitall (LIA) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SharePoint Developer to design and deliver an advanced, customized training program for one of its clients. LIA is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that links the expertise of human resources with the functionality of leading-edge technology to deliver mission-centric professional services.
Position: SharePoint Developer
Location: Washington, DC
Responsibilities:
Training Delivery: Provide a three-day, onsite, immersive training program tailored to the VA Center for Strategic Analytics and Reporting (CSAR) Education and Training team.
Customization: Develop course content to align with VA-specific requirements and unique operational goals.
Hands-On Learning: Deliver practical, experiential learning sessions using a sandbox environment provided by the contractor.
Participant Engagement: Train six participants and accommodate two additional auditors in each session.
Course Content Management: Ensure comprehensive coverage of all listed objectives, integrating real-world use cases and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in designing and delivering Microsoft-based training programs.
Extensive experience in SharePoint administration, Power Automate workflows, and Power Apps development.
Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) required
Certifications in Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Power Platform, or related areas are strongly preferred.
Expertise in Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Teams.
Experience delivering tailored Microsoft training to government agencies.
Proven ability to create and manage sandbox environments for hands-on training.
Experience with project management tools such as Planner and To-Do within Microsoft 365.
