We provide trusted and results-oriented expertise to the Intelligence Community, the Department of Defense, and other Federal and Commercial customers across the US.nThis is an opportunity to contribute and administer, design, develop, and implement Microsoft SharePoint-based applications and solutions. You'll create and maintain complex workflows for process improvements and streamlining. You'll work with clients, stakeholders, and project management to analyze business and enterprise requirements, including applying expertise in Microsoft SharePoint 2013/2019 product capabilities, customization, and development avenues. You'll work on projects that meet challenges in the IC, collaborating with your team to build automated business processes and sites in SharePoint with user centric design. You'll develop your skills and learn how to ensure accessibility for all users by developing a front-end that functions across browsers, platforms, and devices while meeting accessibility and security requirements.nAs a Tableau Developer you will be at the forefront for creating computer systems and data visualization solutions to improve business processes and support management decision making for our Gov't customers. Work will be performed in a secure facility and will include developing Tableau dashboard reports, creating business intelligence reports and visualizations that will require close coordination with developers and the customer.nDuties include:nnTableau Development: Design, develop, conduct unit testing and maintain complex Tableau reports for scalability, manageability, extensibility, performance and re-use.nSubject Matter Expertise: Provide technical expertise in areas of architecture, design and implementation.nCollaborate: Work with internal and external stakeholders to create useful reports and dashboards that provide insight, improve and automate processes or otherwise add value to the team.nBe Agile: Work through iterative review cycles to deliver results that meet or exceed user expectations.nEnsure Quality and Compliance: Develop solutions that comply with software standards, regulations, and guidelines, ensuring high-quality outputs.nAnalyze and Optimize: Work closely with users to understand their needs and analyze software requirements, ensuring solutions are feasible within time and cost constraints.nProvide Expert Support: Offer technical support and guidance to our team and customer Tableau users, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.nnnRequirementsnnRequired Skills and Experience:nnActive TS/SCI clearance required.nBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program, or related equivalent additional experience.nMinimum 12 years of related experience required.nProven experience developing and working Tableau driven dashboards and analytics.nDemonstrable advanced Tableau development skills.nWorking knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture.nAbility to interpret technical or dashboard structures and translate complex business requirements to technical specifications.nHigh-level competency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc...).nSolid understanding of SQL, RDBM systems, data modeling and normalization.nUnderstanding of advanced calculations and statistical functionsnStrong written and verbal communication skills.nAbility to analyze user needs and develop solutions within time and budget constraints.nFamiliarity with Configuration Management, Change Management, and Security policies.nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.nStrong communication skills to provide effective technical support and collaborate with cross-functional teams.nnDesired:nnMaster's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program.nPrevious NGA and/or NSG/ASG program/project work experience.nPrevious IC or DoD program/project work experience.nnEEO StatementnWe are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all persons regardless of race, color, ancestry, citizenship, national origin, religion, veteran status, disability, genetic characteristic or information, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, family status, pregnancy, or other legally protected status (collectively, protected statuses).
