    Shared Solar Advisors Hiring New and Experienced Sales Reps – Paid Training Shared Solar is currently seeking ambitious, self-driven Solar Sales Representatives with positive energy to approach potential clients as we grow into multiple markets. We are a fast-growing team whose work is simple: We go into local communities and help renters, homeowners and businesses opt into their local solar farm on the spot at no cost. As soon as solar fields go live, homeowners save 10-15% annually on their electricity bills while also participating in renewable energy. Since being founded, SSA has fulfilled over 500 megawatts of energy, partnering with some of the most cutting-edge solar energy developers in the country. Responsibilities: SOLAR SALES CONSULTANT REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to work independently • Strong work ethic • Generate leads and follow up with prospects through our tools, technologies, and lists. • Excellent communication skills are written and verbal to communicate with staff and customers • A current, valid driver's license and reliable transportation. • A cell phone (preferably a smartphone). • Overcome concerns and challenges to close the deal • Follow up on pipeline and channel sales opportunities using our CRM • Generate additional revenue and commissions through networking and referrals Qualifications: BENEFITS AT SHARED SOLAR ADVISORS, YOU CAN: • Receive Paid training and support (students and recent grads welcome) • Flexible schedule days/evenings/weekends • First-year earning potential $70k-120k • The potential to be a high-income earner is 12-24mo. • $2000 Hiring Bonus after 30 sales • Commissions are paid based on utility usage Compensation: $80,000 -$120,000 yearly
