With a deep footprint across the Southeast and a growing Birmingham presence, this firm is in an aggressive growth phase and is actively seeking experienced Shareholder-level attorneys who are ready to bring their practice — and their clients — to a platform built for long-term success.
This is not a position that requires a specific practice area. The firm is open to accomplished attorneys across all disciplines — litigation, corporate, real estate, employment, healthcare, finance, construction, insurance defense, intellectual property, estate planning, or any other area of law. What matters is that you have built a meaningful, portable book of business and are looking for a firm with the resources, reputation, and culture to take your practice to the next level.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate is a seasoned attorney who has built a loyal client following, maintained a strong professional reputation in the Birmingham legal community, and is ready for a firm environment that will support and amplify their practice rather than constrain it. The following criteria apply:
— ● Active Alabama State Bar license in good standing — required
— ● Minimum $750,000 in portable, demonstrable book of business — required
— ● 7 or more years of legal experience at a law firm or in private practice
— ● Established relationships and reputation within your practice area and the broader Alabama legal community
— ● Track record of originating and developing client relationships independently
— ● Ability to bring existing clients to a new firm and continue serving them at the highest level
— ● Collaborative mindset — willingness to cross-refer, team with colleagues, and contribute to the firm's culture of growth
— ● Practice areas considered include — but are not limited to — commercial litigation, corporate transactional, real estate, healthcare law, employment and labor, insurance defense, construction law, banking and finance, estate planning and probate, intellectual property, and family law
