    A Real Estate Salespersons License is REQUIRED - but no experience is necessary. Part time or Full time flexibility If you love talking to and meeting new people - and have an ambitious, vibrant and positive personality - we are interested in speaking with you.  We operate an exclusive on-site sales office among 2,000 cooperative homes in Beechhurst/Whitestone, Queens and are seeking personable individuals to facilitate open houses and private showings. Training will be provided for this position and there is unlimited potential for professional growth within our company. Hours:  Minimum of 5 hours on Sundays (12pm to 5pm) Weekday schedule is flexible according to your availability Responsibilities: Sundays: • Organize open house materials, put out signs, prepare for guests' arrival  • Talk to Purchasers and other Real Estate Salespeople, answer questions, and provide details about the property • Follow up by phone, and text with open house attendees Weekdays: • Search MLS to find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria • to reach out to open house attendees • Schedule appointments for apartment showings  Qualifications: • Professional in attitude and appearance • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Trustworthy and reliable • Licensed real estate salesperson or currently in the process of completing the 75 hour licensing course Compensation: $15 - $20 per hour
