    Job Description

    We are seeking an Inside Sales Support/Business Development - REMOTE to join our team!

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • High volume sales enablement tool assisted cold calling and other prospecting
    • Conduct high level phone conversations with prospects and customers in targeted accounts.
    • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
    • Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
    • Actively participate in and add to team learning opportunities and your own personal development.
    • Set follow-up appointments (for yourself and other team members) to keep customers aware of latest developments
    • Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling)
    • Create and deliver qualified opportunities to other team members
    • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects in Salesforce and Outreach
    • Support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events follow-ups
    • Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email cross-sell and up-sell
    • Overcome objections of prospective customers
    • Maintain a strong understanding of technology products and service features and benefits
    • Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position
    • Maintain focus, positivity, determination and flexibility in the face of our ever evolving and changing industry

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Previous experience in sales
    • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and achieve sales quotas
    • Passion for technology sales.
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably SalesForce
    • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain lasting relationships with customers
    • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
    • Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers
    • Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
    • Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication, listening, and presentation skills
    • Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
    • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
    • High level of integrity and work ethic
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • Familiarity with Outreach Sales Enablement Platform
