RESPONSIBILITIES: - Work with the team to provide an exceptional quality client experience each and every time - Provide full salon services, including hair cutting (including fades) shampooing, blow-drying, and styling - Listen and communicate clearly with clients to ensure their complete satisfaction in the client consultation - Form bonds with loyal customers, remembering their hairstyle preferences as well as add notes from the cut into system - Identify any issues in the scalp and educate what retail product would be best to help the issue - Apply OSHA standards and State Board Regulations across all beauty stations and maintains of salon - Ensure clients with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner - Operating the Point-of-Sale software system (Salon Ultimate) - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced atmosphere - Ability AND DESIRE to work with kids
QUALIFICATIONS: - Current CA Cosmetology or Barbering license - Up-to-date with industry trends - Ability to work weekends preferred
