We are an individually owned franchise, a premier provider of kid haircuts and "Glamour Girl" birthday parties, Sharkey's Cuts for Kids brings fun, excitement and expertise to kid's haircuts and birthday parties. We strive to provide professional services in a fun and exciting environment by friendly and experienced staff members.
Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow
Manage and lead a team of salon professionals
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or concerns
Create and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
Train and develop staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Maintain a clean and organized salon environment
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement new techniques or services
Handle scheduling, including shift management and ensuring adequate staffing levels
Manager Qualifications:
Active cosmetology or barbering license in the state of California prefer, NOT required.
Positive and fun attitude!
Leadership or management experience a plus.
Ongoing hiring and training licensed stylists, as needed.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced atmosphere.
Ability to work with kids.
