    We are looking for day-makers! If you have an outgoing personality, great customer service and sales skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, outstanding time management skills, and of course people skills - we want to talk to you.

    The Customer Service Sales Team Member provides exceptional service to our clients every time they visit. Beyond hospitality and customer service, the Customer Service Sales Team Member also supports the smooth running of salon operations and helps manage the flow from open to close. Check clients in and out, book appointments, sell retail, accurate record keeping of clients, resolve client issues, upbeat positive vibes, create fun!

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Provide a high level of customer service to customers

    Reach daily, weekly, sales goals

    Resolve any Customer Service issues that arises with professionalism and aligned with the company's values

    Provide support to hairstylists

    Assist salon management in daily tasks

    Facilitate successful appointment check-in process including seating and communicating with stylists at check in

    Book new appointments

    Be proactive, helpful and efficient

    Be a team player and promote camaraderie

    Promote and maintain the Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids brand aesthetic, atmosphere and culture

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Prior customer service experience

    Prior Sales experience

    Prior scheduling experience

    Prior experience managing a team a plus

    Actively participate in sales and customer service feedback to meet sales bonus and team bonuses

    Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills

    Exceptional communication skills and ability to work with a wide range of personalities

    Friendly and professional phone and email etiquette

    Experience with basic word processing and spreadsheets a plus

    Experience with Salon Ultimate software a plus but not necessary

    Salon experienced preferred
