    Sharkey's Cuts for Kids is looking for an experienced Customer Relations and Sales Assistant Manager who is forward facing with clients, likes to see their team succeed, manages from within their team, and is a natural leader. While this is a management position, you will still be forward facing with clients and work the front desk alongside your team. This includes booking appointments, sales, solving client issues, cleaning, etc. The right candidate includes people who naturally smile, have a friendly nature, a positive attitude, and actively seek out, greet, and engage all guests in conversation.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Supervising the daily operations of the customer service department

    Setting customer service goals for team members and helping them reach those goals

    Interacting with customers and handling customer queries and complaints in a timely manner Maintaining relationships with customers

    Making weekly and monthly reports and surveys

    Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution

    Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions

    Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports

    Recruit, mentor and develop customer service team members and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment

    Adhere to approved budget

    Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

    RESPONSIBILITIES: Ability to hire, lead, coach, and train Customer Relations team for performance and sales goals. Operate Point-of-Sale software system. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced atmosphere. Ability to work with kids. Reports directly to Regional Director.

    QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 5 years’ experience managing in Customer Service/Customer Relations. Able to work weekends. Own transportation, available for Mandeville and Metairie locations
