This is the gig that puts your communicative superpowers to the test. We need a real estate relationship manager to field inbound leads and dive into some serious outbound prospecting (AKA cold-calling, networking at events, and crushing it on social media). Basically, you're the one who we can count on to make it ring, qualify leads, and keep those investment opportunities coming in hot. Your sharp skills at building relationships with property sellers and real estate agents means you'll keep that pipeline primed and ready to go. Trust us, if there's anyone who can go from "introductory convo" to "We just made a deal!" in record time, it's you. About Us We are a start up real estate investment company located in Little Rock, AR. We buy properties at a discount and either hold them or wholesale them to other investors. We are not in the property business but really in the relationship and marketing business. We don't just buy real estate; We're in the problem-solving business. From working with underserved communities to finding solutions for our neighbors, we strive to create opportunities where none existed before. At our company, relationships come before profits - and we don't just talk about it, we live it! We not only listen to our sellers, buyers, and partners, but we also educate them so they come out of every interaction feeling supported. This is a 1099 contract position, commission only payment structure. Estimated earnings for first year $72k-150k, with potential to earn more depending on how good you are at generating leads and working follow ups. Responsibilities * Complete all provided training, including ongoing training * Call inbound leads in a timely manner * Qualify leads * Maintain organized CRM * Follow provided sales process * Prospect to generate additional leads, networking, social media, contacting agents, attorneys, etc. * Going on property appointments, meeting with sellers if living in local market (not required but desired) * Analyzing comparable sales, estimating repair costs in order to generate offers * Sending offers to purchase property * Communicating with sellers through every step of closing process Work Hours This is a 1099 position, you are in charge of your schedule and can work 100% remotely. We have seen higher commissions with sales reps that can work evenings and weekends or a varied schedule, but it's not required and it's up to you when to work. Pay 20% commission pay. No cap on commission. Qualifications * Sales and prospecting experience * Real estate sales experience preferred but not required * Internet, computer, earbuds/headset * Self motivated, results oriented * Interested in learning and personal development * Helper / service minded * Excellent communicator * Organized and disciplined
