    Job Summary The Licensed Customer Service role markets, prospects, and sells American Family Insurance products in all product lines. Maintains effective customer relationships, understands customers' needs, and matches them with appropriate product and service offerings. Some responsibilities may include coordinating an efficient office through operations and developing predictable processes and systems.

    Responsibilities

    Develops knowledge of the local market dynamics for business development opportunities for all product lines

    Proactively cross-sells and or coordinates with agency team members to provide additional coverage to existing customers

    Secures new business through individual effort and established lead methods

    Prepares quotations and applications and delivers effective presentations in order to close sales

    Manages office operations and related reporting

    Coordinates overall administrative activities

    Qualifications

    Active Property & Casualty license in Arizona required.

    Experience with building relationships

    Ability to work independently to plan, set priorities and organize work

    Demonstrated sales and customer service experience

    Excellent oral and written communication skills

    Experience with PC software applications (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer, etc.)
