    Job Details:

    The Client Support Specialist will work to continue our ongoing commitment to rendering incredible service. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will assist the customer service support team.

    Salary Range:$49000 - $59000 per year

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Supplies tracking documents to customers, as needed
    • Pass along valuable customer information to sales, marketing and supply chain in order to further enhance our ability to service customers
    • Monitors and investigates customer orders, and coordinates internal and external product flow
    • Generating new customer base while retaining current customers
    • Presenting promotions while demonstrating outstanding product knowledge
    • Assisting customers in the purchase of products and services
    • Building relationships and establishing rapport with consumers

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in customer service
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Minimum Associates degree, Bachelor’s preferred
