MALE URINALYSIS TESTER (PART TIME/FULL TIME) – SACRAMENTO, MARYSVILLE AND YUBA CITY

SHARPER FUTURE -- Pacific Forensic Psychology Associates, Inc. is currently hiring a part/full time Admin and male Urinalysis (UA) Tester to work with our male clients in our Sacramento, Marysville and Yuba City clinics.

This position is responsible for conducting court mandated drug tests at our Sacramento Marysville and Yuba City clinics. The UA Tester position will include an early morning and one evening schedule.

This person is also responsible for greeting clients, handling calls, assisting staff, data entry, copying, scanning, converting documents to PDF, ordering office supplies, submitting monthly invoices for the services we provide, submitting monthly client reports to our contractor, and any other needs that may arise.

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct UA Testing for all male clients in the Sacramento, Marysville and Yuba City clinics
• Complete and manage UA Testing paperwork including monthly reporting
• Assure that all encounters are closed on a daily basis

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS

• Calm demeanor with the ability to set firm boundaries when necessary
• Direct and clear communication (both verbally and in writing)
• Prior experience with Non-Instrumental Drug Testing Devices (NIDT), Sweat Patch testing, and Breathalyzers preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Applications
• Basic accounting knowledge for UA billing
• Professional and confidential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
• Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional, front-office demeanor for both in-office and telephone interactions
• The ability to work with multiple, tight deadlines for billing and report submission.
• Familiarity with creating invoices and reports
• Attention to detail and able to remain organized
• Able to learn and use basic office machinery (i.e. photocopier, scanner, telephone)
• Experience in data entry and typing written correspondence
• Experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, and Adobe PDF
• Knowledge of HIPAA Confidentiality/Privacy Rules
• Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
• Other duties as assigned
