    We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Fundraiser Coordinator with Liaison and Outreach Engagement skills to join our team. The applicant will work alongside the Human Resources team and assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote our brand and services, as well as act as a post-award liaison between the company and sponsors; other duties include serving as post-award subject matter expert related to sponsored research/other programs. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, have excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of marketing and Human Resources principles; this will help provide expertise to department business and assist with outreach initiatives to promote company objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Researches and develops private/state/federal grants to support company programs.

    • Develops engaging donor communications, including fund solicitation letters and newsletters.

    • Develops and nurtures ongoing relationships with major donors and foundations.

    • Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, digital advertising, and current trends in fundraising, donor communications, and grant-making.

    • Monitor and analyze the social media performance of campaigns and provide reports to the HR Team.

    • Manage and maintain our marketing and fundraising database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

    • Assist in planning and executing events, such as job fairs and services, promoting the company with potential partnerships and candidates seeking job opportunities.

    • Comfortable with marketing for entrepreneur businesses and small teams, the candidate will market across the board.

    • Proven ability to interact effectively and communicate well with people from diverse backgrounds to create targeted outreach and strategic communications.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communication or a related field.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
    • Experience with social media platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
    • Experience with Design Platforms
    • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
