    The VICE PRESIDENT OF DIVERSITY & INCLUSION is responsible for having a primary leadership role in developing and deploying company culture. This leader will work with the executive team to define and deploy all assessment, development, and assignment initiatives for leadership and people development. In addition, this leader will be the owner of our culture deployment initiatives to ensure Diversity and Inclusion are woven into our culture's fabric. You will be an expert advisor and advocate, using a data-driven approach to move the company towards our company's true aspiration, fostering inclusivity and belonging. Collaborating across the business and the HR organization, this leader will develop the function and lead the Diversity & Inclusion agenda's deployment. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and administer Leadership development and assessment of functional capabilities.
    • Develop talent retention and individual development plans as a partner to the GM/Presidents to ensure top talent career paths are known and tended.
    • Establish and maintain coaching, leadership development, and 360 feedback mechanisms.
    • Assess opportunities and administer a Rotation development program.
    • Partner with the CEO, CHRO, and the Culture Council to develop, design, and deploy the Diversity & Inclusion agenda.
    • Lead the process progression for Talent Management and Talent Acquisition to ensure the business processes incorporate diversity and inclusion objectives and measures and ensuring global deployment and alignment.
    • Establish objectives, metrics, and conduct monthly measurement of KPI's. Partner with the leadership teams to develop accountability mechanisms and deploy analytics and dashboards.
    • Develop and cultivate relationships with learning institutions, business organizations, and causes that focus on promoting and enhancing Diversity & Inclusion.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCIES:

    • Proven passion and business impact with a focus on Diversity & Inclusion
    • 10+ years of previous relevant experience in diversity and/or talent management focused role.
    • Demonstrated expertise and knowledge in the Diversity & Inclusion space, including an understanding of global trends and best practices.
    • Proven experience driving business outcomes via Diversity & Inclusion (for example: activating Affinity Groups to generate talent pipelines and customer relationship/revenue creation).
    • Expertise using data and metrics to story tell, communicate strategic vision, and ensure accountability across multiple groups.
    • Experience leading, building, and developing high impact teams.
    • Demonstrated experience with the design and launch of programs and initiatives that deliver on talent strategies & outcomes.
    • Writing and producing content for news media, web, social, and internal communications channels.
