    She Executives is looking for a PUBLICITY AND PROMOTIONS ASSISTANT who has a passion for entertainment marketing. We are seeking someone who is inspired by learning new things, taking on challenges, and creating opportunities for themselves, the team, and the clients. As an entertainment marketing and communications agency,  we successfully build interest and audience for their clients and projects. Clients include studios, streamers, exhibitors, as well as best-in-class non-profits, primarily in the entertainment industry.

    This person will gain practical knowledge and be a part of a small but growing team. 

    PUBLICITY AND PROMOTIONS ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES: General administrative duties to include maintaining team calendar, contributing to and maintaining influencer and media database, invoice and expense tracking, and other various tasks as needed. 

    • Stay current with trends, audience interests, news, and other relevant information
    • Research and identify relevant partners, events, and other opportunities for client projects
    • Support the identification of influencers and tastemakers for campaign opportunities
    • Create agendas, take notes, develop mailing lists and other associated documents
    • Support the team on partner programs including trafficking assets, and following up on agreed-upon support
    • Source, track, and maintain the database of marketing assets, and contacts
    • Populate and update event, activity, and calendar listings
    • Fulfillment includes compiling and shipping promotional items and maintaining and tracking item inventory
    • Event support includes inviting, tracking RSVPs and on-site screening and event staffing and coordination
    • Track and report social and website campaign metrics, press coverage, and other campaign milestones
    • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions for campaigns

    THE BASICS:

    • 2-3 years experience in marketing, PR/communications, or events

    • Some travel and evening shifts on weekends will be required
    • Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without a visa or sponsorship
