WE ARE OFFERING A SIGN ON BONUS FOR THE RIGHT PERSON

We are seeking an experienced attorney for our growing insurance defense/personal injury firm located on the North Shore of Long Island.

Due to expansion, we are moving our offices to a new, professional building in Glen Head.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience handling cases involving premises liability; Labor Law claims; automobile liability; and dog bite litigation, from inception to judgment. Trial experience is not required but is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

Significant client contact from beginning to end

Frequent and timely reporting to clients and insurance carriers

Drafting pleadings, responding to discovery demands, review and analysis of medical records

Conducting and representing clients at depositions

Court appearances in Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester and all NYC courts

Preparing and responding to relevant motions

Please note that for the right candidate, there is the ability to work remotely from home on an as needed basis.
