Sheboygan Senior Community are currently seeking a Dietary Aide to prepare dining rooms and tables, provide meal service to residents and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and kitchen areas. This dietary aide will be working in our rehab unit. Rahab is resident are regularly changing. Applicant must be easies adapt to change. This is a fast paste unit.

Full time 6:30 am to 3pm

Position Duties

Make Coffee

Setting dinning room tables for both breakfast and lunch

Serve breakfast and lunch to residents

Prepare breakfast items (examples)

Eggs cooked to order (Scrambled, Fried, Over easy, Over med)

Toast

Serves other items that come down from the main kitchen

Hot/ cold cereal

Breakfast meats

Pancakes

Lunch - serve up cold salads (assorted Salads, fruits, pudding)

Clean assigned dining areas using appropriate procedures

Wash dishes and utensils

Sweeping floor

restocking for the evening meal and/or next day
