We’re looking for a Shed Sales Representative to join our reputable shed sales team. While previous sales experience is a plus, we’re are willing to train the right candidate. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow their skills, build strong customer relationships, and develop a genuine enthusiasm for our premium shed products. You’ll guide customers in selecting the ideal shed to fit their needs and budget, provide top-notch service, and manage the sales process from start to finish. Responsibilities: • Greet and assist customers in selecting sheds based on their requirements. • Showcasing both ready-to-sell buildings and custom designs. • Provide detailed product information, features, and benefits to customers. • Answer inquiries regarding pricing, delivery, installation, and product specifications. • Generate leads through prospecting and networking. • Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets. • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues. • Maintain a clean and organized showroom appearance. • Collaborate with the installation team to coordinate delivery and installation schedules. • Participate in ongoing sales training and weekly sales meetings. Qualifications: • Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude. • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information and procedures. • Basic computer skills: familiarity with MS Office or CRM software is a plus. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or customer service is advantageous. • A passion for learning and a desire to grow within the company. • Prior experience in sales, preferably in the retail or construction industry is a plus but not required. • Valid driver's license. Compensation: $43,500 - $67,500 yearly (salary plus commission)
