This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing shop production, coordinating fabrication workflows, and driving quality and efficiency across all sheet metal projects. What We Offer: • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401(k) • Life Insurance • Paid Time Off (PTO) Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee day-to-day operations within the sheet metal shop • Supervise fabrication processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and quality workmanship • Operate and manage production utilizing CNC Laser, CNC Plasma, and CNC Waterjet equipment • Coordinate HVAC ductwork fabrication from drawings to finished product • Review and assist with HVAC ductwork estimating and material planning • Ensure production schedules and deadlines are consistently met • Enforce company safety standards and maintain a clean, organized shop environment • Train, mentor, and support shop personnel to maximize productivity and skill development • Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure alignment on project needs • This position is safety sensitive Qualifications: • Proven experience operating and overseeing CNC Laser, CNC Plasma, and CNC Waterjet equipment • Strong background in HVAC sheet metal and ductwork fabrication • Experience preparing or reviewing HVAC ductwork estimates • OSHA 10 Certification (required) • Valid Class E Driver’s License (required) • Demonstrated leadership ability in a shop or production environment • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting Compensation: $40 hourly DOE
