SMSI Group is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Shop Foreman to oversee daily operations within our shop in Springfield, MO. This leadership role is responsible for managing production in the sheet metal shop, coordinating fabrication work, and ensuring quality and efficiency across all sheet metal projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC equipment and HVAC ductwork fabrication, along with the ability to lead a team and maintain a safe and productive sheet metal shop environment. Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401(k) • Life Insurance • PTO Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the sheet metal shop • Oversee the operation and production of CNC Laser, CNC Plasma, and CNC Waterjet machines • Manage HVACR ductwork fabrication processes • Prepare and review HVAC ductwork estimates • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards • Maintain compliance with company and job site safety requirements • Provide leadership and support to shop personnel to ensure productivity and efficiency Qualifications: • Previous experience with CNC Laser, CNC Plasma, and CNC Waterjet equipment • Experience with HVACR ductwork fabrication • Experience preparing HVAC ductwork estimates • OSHA 10 Certification required • Class E Driver’s License required • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Compensation: $40 hourly DOE
