What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sheet Metal Superintendent, you’ll be the boots-on-the-ground leader driving our commercial HVAC projects forward. You’ll have real influence over the jobsite and the team.

• Lead and mentor sheet metal crews in the field
• Coordinate day-to-day operations to keep jobs running smoothly
• Ensure safety standards are met—every day, every job
• Review drawings and specifications and turn them into execution
• Manage materials, equipment, and trade coordination
• Work alongside project managers, GCs, and other trades to solve problems quickly
• Keep projects on schedule without sacrificing quality

This is a hands-on leadership role —ideal for someone who still enjoys being close to the work while guiding a team to succeed.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in commercial sheet metal / ductwork installation
• Experience leading crews or working as a foreman / lead
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and jobsite coordination
• Ability to keep projects moving and teams accountable
• A safety-first mindset and familiarity with OSHA standards
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills
