Rentmeister Total Home Service is seeking a Sheet Metal Worker/Fabricator for our warehouse/shop. We are looking for someone who is interested in making HVAC a career! The ideal candidate would be willing to attend trade school for HVAC, and we will help you pay for it!

This an extremely physical labor position, using hand tools and machinery to bend, and cut sheet metal. You will be building sheet metal ductwork for New Construction Homes. The working environment in the shop can be very noisy at times, with loud machinery.

Duties and Responsibilities: -Build metal ductwork and fittings for HVAC Systems. -Use tools and machinery to bend, cut and shape sheet metal -Pull, sort and stage parts and material for jobs -Operate a forklift to load and unload sheet metal/material -Stock shelves -Run parts/metal/ductwork to job sites -Keep shop and warehouse clean and organized -Schedule and organize time and tasks efficiently, with strong attention to detail.

Requirements/Qualifications: -Prior sheet metal fabrication is preferred. -Dedicated and dependable -Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more -Communicate clearly ,follow written and verbal directions

• Able to operate various types of machinery, including a brake press machine -Ability to read/use a tape measure, add fractions and do basic math -Use a variety of hand and power tools -Positive attitude and willingness to learn -Willingness to run parts to jobsites or pick up parts from vendorsz

Additional Requirements -Must be 18 years of age -Have reliable transportation and a GREAT driving record -Posses a valid drivers license -Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Background check (Rentmeister does NOT accept applicants who possess a Medical Marijuana Card)

Hours are full time, 40 Hours per week, Mon-Fri from 7 am to 5 pm, with a one hour lunch. Wage is negotiable and depends on experience/ability
