SHEETMETAL FOREMAN

Established HVAC Company is seeking a Superintendent to manage new residential construction projects in Winchester, VA and surrounding areas.

Day-to-day operations include:

• Providing guidance and direction to HVAC sheet metal crews

• Maintaining professional relationships with construction crews, clients, customers and company leaders

• Measuring, scheduling and ordering materials and equipment for ongoing and new projects

• Performing other duties as assigned

The preferred candidate will possess 5+ years of sheet metal experience in new residential HVAC and have strong knowledge of Mechanical and Building Codes.
