At Shef, we are building a marketplace for home cooks. We believe in providing the shefs in our community (refugees, immigrants, stay-at-home parents, retirees) the opportunity to make a meaningful income by doing what they love! We also believe that every person should have access to a wholesome, home-cooked meal at an affordable price. We are committed to reimagining home cooking regulations around the country to help put people back to work following the COVID-19 pandemic and have raised nearly $30M from investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Y Combinator, Craft Ventures, and M13, as well as founders and executives from Instacart, TaskRabbit, StubHub, AngelList, Lyft, Airbnb, and Yelp. ROLE
We are looking for an operationally-minded teammate to execute on the day-to-day on-the-ground operations. You will ensure deliveries safely make their way from shefs to consumers and serve as the face of Shef to shefs in our markets. The ideal candidate is an excellent executor and communicator, and is passionate about bringing delicious, authentic food to their local market!

IMPORTANT: This can be a full-time or part-time position. Some schedule flexibility may be needed to assist on weekends and earlier / later hours that reflect peak support times for our Shef community. This position is in-market and on-site.

Job Types: Part-time Pay: $22.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: All drivers and hub managers must wear masks when interacting at our hubs. We have cleaning supplies to keep our areas clean and have hand sanitizer for regular use.
