    We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accounting Administrator:

    This is a long term position and the ideal candidate will take responsibility for the role of managing the company finances and stay on top of the licenses/permit’s renewal due dates. The candidate needs to be a detail-oriented individual with enough knowledge to manage the company bookkeeping and payroll processing and day to day operations, being able to recognize and resolve discrepancies. Provide bimonthly finance reports to Finance Manager and quarterly tax reports to our outside CPA firm.

    Requirements: Mandatory 5 years experience with Quickbooks Online, Paycex payroll processing, Bachelor Degree in Accounting,

    Payroll processing - payment transactions - financial statements - bank transactions - cash flow forecast -quarterly tax reports - invoicing - budget forecasting - report and file Sales Tax, monthly bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliation. To handle Accounts Payable and Receivable and expense control procedures including bank and account reconciliation, cash receipts, disbursements, finance charges, billings, invoicing, purchase order billing reconciliation / verification. HR duties / Employee handbook review: Establish and maintain Human Resources related employee files reflecting salary increases, deductions, garnishments, benefits, payroll exceptions, and W-2 withholdings. Reliable, dependable, organized, dedicated, eager to learn, ethical and a team player. Able to multi task and meet accounting deadlines.

    Salary is based on experience.
