Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-focused Shelf Organizer to join our team. This position is responsible for keeping store shelves neat, fully stocked, and organizing product categories such as tobacco, vape products, beverages, snacks, and general groceries.

Key Responsibilities

Stock and organize shelves across multiple product categories, including tobacco and vape products, following strict placement and compliance guidelines

Ensure accurate labeling, pricing, and rotation of merchandise (First In, First Out)

Keep displays neat, well-faced, and free of damaged or expired products

Restock low inventory promptly and assist with backroom organization

Support unloading and storing incoming shipments

Monitor and report shelf discrepancies or mislabeled items to supervisors

Follow all safety, hygiene, and product handling procedures

Maintain clean and organized work areas, including aisles and stock zones

Secure restricted products (e.g., tobacco and vape) in designated shelves

Qualifications

Previous retail, grocery, or warehouse stocking experience preferred

Familiarity with tobacco and vape product handling and age-restricted sales guidelines (preferred but not required)

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic understanding of inventory rotation and shelf labeling

Ability to work independently and follow supervisor instructions

Must be punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
