Your Day to Day:
We supply our designers with qualified clientele, the designers job is to create and sell a functional solution that works for the customers. Warm leads provided
In-home design consultation which will provide a custom solution for our client
Create & Designs custom proposal for customers
Reimagine and organize spaces
Educating our client’s on the ShelfGenie products, demonstrate our product samples, highlight unique features and benefits, and sell the custom design; giving our client their solution
Responsible for a fantastic customer experience which includes, but not limited to, client follow-up that will develop into strong ongoing customer relationships
Building relationships with our existing leads list

About the Position
As a ShelfGenie® Designer you will design and build custom solutions that will truly change the lives of our clients. The ideal candidate will be energetic and motivated by the opportunity to showcase their creativity while helping people.
The team at ShelfGenie® Ontario is looking for a part time designer who has a passion for art, design, creativity, functionality and helping people. Our designers create a custom solution that solves home pain points, eyesores and trouble areas.
This is a part time position paid per design sold ($1000 to $3500 a month).
Your Strengths & Requirements:
2 years of experience in one of the fields of (Interior Designing , Professional Organizing, Re-modeling, Kitchen Designing, Face to Face Selling, Community Building. etc)
Fluent in English (Strong reading, writing, arithmetic, and interpersonal communication skills)
Comfortable articulating the quality of the products
Strong Creative skills
Ability to interact with customers, handle objections/rejection
Experience with interior design software is a bonus
Familiarity and comfortable being in other people's homes
Passionate about design & functionality
Motivated to meet monthly targets and sell your designs solution
Reliable transportation and excellent driving record
Familiarity and comfort with modern communication and computing technology
Ability to learn quickly to adapt to new environments/situations and innovate with regard to products, methods, and processed
Must be legally authorized to work in the country
Willingness to work evenings & weekends
