Always aim to amaze each person• Proactively assist customers by greeting them when they arrive and asking if they need assistance• Assist customers throughout their shopping with personal, customized service based on each customer’s individual needs• Assist in solving customer’s common garden, pet, animal, or pest problems• Thank customers when they are finished shopping• Assist in maintaining a positive, professional, and friendly work environment• Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise• Participate in store meetings• Maintain a professional appearance and actions• Provide backup for cashiers• Forklift operations if properly trained (forklift certification available)• Perform other duties as assigned to assist team members Qualifications: • Must demonstrate personal accountability & teamwork• Ability to lift 50 lbs• Must work Saturdays (store is closed on Sundays)• Must be able to work around and with live animals Compensation: $10 - $13 hourly
