Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day Line operations

Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally

Assist in recruitment and training of new employees

Evaluate and improve operations and BOH performance

Direct the employee assessment process

Qualifications:

1 year plus experience as a Manager in a moderate to high volume casual dining environment. Experience with Toast POS and R 365 a plus. Must be able to lead a both FOH and BOH Team to the next level of performance. We will train Brand specifications and process, bring us your great work ethic and leadership abilities and grow with us!!!!
