Located in beautiful and vibrant Austin, Texas, Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church is an inclusive, dynamic, thriving community of faith with a heart for service and mission. We seek a self-starting, adaptive fulltime Finance Officer to join our highly motivated team of staff members who are committed to furthering our mission as a church that seeks to live and serve beyond its four walls.
This person should be skilled in financial accounting and software accounting systems, collaboration, forecasting, process improvement, internal controls, budgeting and problem solving, both from an individual and team standpoint. Sensitivity and confidentiality to our congregation’s inquiries and gifts is a must.
