Job Description
We are seeking an HR Manager to become a part of team! You will be responsible for managing HR activities for the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates
- Advocate for employee retention and development
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Assist with payroll and HR projects.
- Support other assigned functions.
- Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in Human Resources a must
- 3 to 5 years experiece in Human Resources
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Fundamental knowledge of CT labor and employment laws
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong leadership qualities
