Responsibilities: • The Assistant Director of Sales will assist with the overall management of the sales office and team. • In addition, you will develop and manage a specific and defined market segment through client solicitation, telemarketing, client inquiries, direct mail correspondence, and the completion of appropriate action plans to ensure all revenue and room night goals are achieved or exceeded. Qualifications: • Previous hotel sales experience is required - a minimum of 2 years experience, ideally in a Senior Sales or DOS position. • Must be computer literate and be motivated to achieve sales goals.

Manage all account details so that all pertinent aspects of solicitation and closing are complete and documented. Develop and implement monthly marketing strategies based on existing action plans.
