CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE

Bruce Financial is a part of the Sheridan Road Advisors team; an independent investment consulting and retirement advisory group serving clients nation-wide from our office located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We are currently looking for a full-time Client Service Associate for our Milwaukee office.

As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for assisting financial advisors in all elements of client service, practice management, and business development. Working closely with clients, your primary goal is to ensure our clients experience outstanding service and an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities Include:

· Online database management, maintenance of client relationship management (CRM) and portfolio tracking software

· Calendaring and scheduling advisor appointments, taking meeting notes and tracking follow up tasks

· Proposal generation, client onboarding, preparation of new account and related paperwork for new and existing clients

· Preparation of client review material, organization and entry of financial data

· Tracking and responding to all client service requests

· Assisting with marketing and business development efforts

Qualifications Include:

· Bachelor’s degree

· Experience with the Microsoft Office suite

· Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills

· Ability to quickly learn and utilize new online software applications

· Detail oriented with a knack for problem solving and multi-tasking

· Excellent interpersonal skills and highly ethical conduct

Working Conditions:

· Professional office environment located at 735 N. Water St. #800, Milwaukee, WI

· Note: Currently operating in a remote work environment but expect to return to office environment in later half of 2021.

· Full-time salary plus quarterly bonus
