Sherpa 6 is seeking a skilled field support representative and system integrator for the US Army's Nett Warrior program. As a TAK Integrator, this person will be responsible for understanding and supporting the system architecture of the Army's Nett Warrior program. Additionally, this person will support the integration and sustainment of TAK components as they are used during tactical fielding and military exercises.  This person should embody a passion for continuous improvement and enjoy working with others. This position will require extended travel to locations around the world. 

Primary responsibilities

• Provide assistance with set up of fielding site and execution of fielding events.
• Be a go-to subject matter expert for all components within the system architecture
• Identify discrepancies or defects in products
• Assist Soldiers with any issues or problems with equipment
• Ensure accountability of equipment
• Pack up equipment for shipment upon completion of fielding events
• Conduct new equipment training on assigned products
• Support the greater Nett Warrior team with on-site activities associated with tactical fieldings

Minimum qualifications

• 3+ years proven experience working in a similar capacity
• Active DoD secret security clearance or the ability to obtain a secret clearance
• Strong experience with network architectures and network hardware configurations
• Experience administrating Linux and other server systems
• Military experience or knowledge of standard tactics, techniques, and procedures
• Solid experience problem solving system and network architectures
• Ability to communicate issues and solutions to various stakeholders
