You will play a pivotal role in elevating our unique brand through compelling content creation and distribution. From showcasing home listings to managing social media and capturing special events, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts. APPLICANT MUST BE LOCATED IN PAGOSA SPRINGS OR DURANGO COLORADO, OR WILLING TO RELOCATE. Responsibilities: • Maintain a flexible schedule and attend multiple shoots per day or week in order to meet the needs of our clients • Our DMS will be on the job, creating scripts, shooting the video, and carrying through until fully edited and produced. • Produce captivating home listing showcase videos, incorporating drone footage, walkthroughs, and property-centric narratives that tell the story of each individual property, while allowing our agents to be the mouthpiece. • Manage social media channels, focusing on consistent and engaging content distribution across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. • Capture and distribute content for special events. • Undertake miscellaneous projects such as creating branded templates, producing podcasts, and exploring innovative tools for efficiency. Qualifications: • Excellent computer skills including working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop • Experience working with different lenses, lighting and video equipment • Enjoys working with all types of people and able to take constructive feedback and make adjustments • Experience in real estate videography preferred but not required • Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines Compensation: $58,000
